I got this toaster as a gift, and I love it. It is so adorable, and brightens up our kitchen. It toasts all the way through too, which is obviously good! The price was pretty cheap as well. All my friends love it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves Hello Kitty, and cute things in general. I plan on buying this for more of my friends for gifts, and also buying more Hello Kitty kitchen items to make my kitchen Hello Kitty fantastic!

A OVEN FOR EVERYTHING
I have purchased this over for over 4 years. Works amazingly especially for all the days when you don’t want to turn on that big oven just to toast/bake/grill some food. Best machine invented! I’ve researched for a long time for a product like this. All my three teenagers have no problems baking a frozen pizza. Makes life easier! Highly recommended. Died in two months
I paid extra for what I thought would be a good name. It wasn’t worth it. It just stopped heating. It makes noise, spins, lights, but nothing gets warm. It’s being fixed, under warranty, BUT… I had to drive over an hour to the service center (and will have to do the same in two weeks or so when it’s ready to be picked up), they gave me a hard time for having a “screen shot” of the proof of purchase from Amazon, AND I’d have to be without a microwave for two weeks or more.
When it was working, it was decent, but, as others have written, it’s annoying that the light doesn’t come on when the door is opened. Also, from time to time, the turntable binds for no apparent reason.
I’d expect more for $130. I just bought a slightly smaller stainless steel GE from Lowe’s for $90 which I like much better. Oh, well.

Works great. I had this same model for about 7 years, only it was 1300 watts. It probably would have lasted a lot longer, but I screwed it up. I was a little concerned with getting a 1250 watt model replacement. But, my worries were for nothing. This unit cooks the same as my 1300 watt, if not a little better. Since I was already familiar with this model, it was like plug and play. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I purchased this microwave in February, 2010. The one I had before was a GE and it lasted only 2 years. Fortunately, I had bought the extended warranty from Home Depot when I bought it although it was a huge fight to get them to honor it, but they finally did and they sent me a gift card for the entire cost. I did a great deal of research selecting this one. I think I read 300 reviews of many different brands before settling on the Sharp Convection. Sharp R-820Bk was more than I wanted to pay-over double my last one, but what sold me is that I can bake in it and do more than microwave. I like it so far-it’s quieter than the GE was and seems faster although the wattage is lower. I hope it lasts longer than 2 years because I am not buying any more extended warranties.

Does not work
We bought this product from the manufacturer’s web-site, on December 11, 2009. It took almost three months to get to us.
Received the product on March 11, 2010. Came with a “quick fit” unit that goes on the fauct, no problem, but the unit is shape like a hexagone and the hose is round. So it leaks everywhere and DOES NOT WASH DISHES!!! I’ve ran it three time, not a single clean dish!
Calling customer service is a joke as they do not answer, you have to leave a voice mail and hope the respond soon.

LEAKS!
Hi there-we’ve had our Danby countertop dishwasher for 1.5 years and have STRUGGLED with the unit leaking through the front window. We followed directions given by other folks having similar problems and attempted to seal the window/leaks but after three times, we are finally throwing this dishwasher out. Loved having it when it worked because we have two small boys and it was endlessly convenient for our family. I think the quality of the unit is poor and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a countertop dishwasher. If anyone has information on a good quality, reliable countertop diswasher, let us know as we are looking for a new one.

looks good!
arrived with no problems, works well, only thing I don’t like… there are these wierd little plastic things sliped behind the rubber door seal near the bottom. Not really sure what there for and wouldn’t really bother me only they keep falling out! Every time I run the dishwasher I find them in the bottom near the drain instead of where they belong, I just took them out and set them aside as I can’t fathom what they are there for in the first place.

Don’t Waste Your Money on Danby
My Danby 1805 18″ portable dishwasher is less than 3 years old. Timer Cam no longer will advance. Contacted the Danby company. Turns out they’ve changed the design of the front door panel controls and no longer produce, nor have in stock, the original timer cam that I need. Their new door panel/controls design isn’t compatible with my model. $359 wasted. A new Danby dishwasher costs $400 at Walmart. Danby won’t give me a “rebate” towards the purchase of a new Danby dishwasher, no price adjustment, nothing. Basically they told me I’m just plain out of luck. I’m not the only person with this same problem (faulty timer cam). DO NOT BUY DANBY.
